Session fee:

The session fee is $500 and will include up to 4 hours of custom styled photography in our studio located in St. George, Utah with a minimum of  15 final images professionally edited and presented to you in a video gallery for your viewing. Sessions are available M-F at 10am. A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due upon booking, with the remainder due on or before the session. We do offer payment plans. Your entire session fee will be credited to any print collection you chose from your gallery at your ordering appointment. All packages include social media downloads.

About your session and when to book:

The best time to contact me is during your pregnancy so that you don’t miss out. We will make a tentative booking based on your due date and then wait to hear from you when you arrive home from the hospital with your new baby. We can arrange a suitable time and date for your session then. The ideal time to photograph newborn babies is around 4 to 10 days of age. The closer to birth, the better for great images.

We like to allow for plenty of time for feeding and cuddling during the session so it will take between two and four hours. We have lots of props and backgrounds for you to choose from and like to involve you in the styling of your session. If you plan to order artwork, please bring photos of where the artwork will be displayed so we know what to recommend based on the space available and the décor in your home.

Your session fee covers the use of any props, outfits and backgrounds, the time and talents of your photographer in our studio with custom styled photography and your proof gallery. Your proof gallery will display approximately 15-20 images, each professionally and creatively edited with social media downloads. Social media downloads are low resolution images with studio watermarks, they are a great way to showcase your entire gallery to all your friends and family but not recommended for printing. The session fee does not include any prints or digital negatives.

Proofs & Ordering:

Approximately 2 to 4 weeks following your session, you will be contacted to arrange a viewing of your gallery which will take place in our St. George studio. If, for some reason, you are unable to attend in studio, we can provide an online proofing gallery consultation via Zoom for you. Your gallery remains active for one month. You can then decide on a package. Your session fee will be applied to your package choice and deducted from that total. We offer flexible  payment plans if needed. Once payment is received, your product will be ordered. Please allow approximately 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Delivery times may be delayed during pandemic or extreme weather condition circumstances. Any unordered images will be archived. Once the gallery has been archived, there will be a $50 fee to re-publish it for an additional month.

We also offer a variety of custom frames and display options. A Wood Display Stand turns any mounted and matted print into an artful display! These stands have a broader width to support larger print sizes. Prints mounted on Matboard, Styrene, or Masonite work best to display on these stands.
